Title of Position: CERAMIST
Location: Victoria, British Columbia
Job Description: We are looking for a BC licensed Ceramist with management or supervisor experience. This position reports to the owners of the company and forms part of the management team. Only applicants licensed with the College of Dental Technicians of BC (CDTBC) will be considered.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge and previous experience as a technician in a crown & bridge dental lab.
- Able to layer ceramics and shape teeth to correct morphology.
- Familiarity with lab equipment and environment; ensures that proper maintenance and safety procedures are followed.
- Willingness to learn about new products, manufacturing methods and technology in the dental industry.

- Excellent manual dexterity and strong spatial and visual perception skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately and remain focused, with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Artistic talent for aesthetic work
- Organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
